IT Support - Job Description
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Here is a selection of duties to include:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Assisting with a wide range of issues, including connection problems, data access, network failures, poor computer performance and cloud migration
Commissioning and installing upgrades, repairs, maintenance programmes and data transfers
Handle staff dashboard - TOTG
Solving problems with various appliances, including printers, scanners, desktop and laptop computers, handheld devices, and servers
Handle company website such as posting new jobs, new products and etc
Possibly training more junior staff members
